If you have an account, you can navigate to your order history to view your order status and track your orders. Otherwise, you can find your order by clicking here.

All orders placed Monday-Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 5pm (IST) will ship the same business day. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).

Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.

This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or items from your order
  • Changing the color or size of any items
  • Adding items to your order
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing the Shipping Method
  • Adding or Removing a Gift Card

If you’d like to place an additional order, remember our shipping is free! If you receive your order and decide you still want to return it, you can create a return here! Please make sure to review our return policy here.

Unfortunately, all discount codes are one-time use. 

When you make a return on an order in which you paid with a gift card, the gift card will be refunded first. We are unable to refund your original form of payment for more than what was paid.
